Overview

Return Requirements

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and include all original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return-shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of approval.
  • Depending on your card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Restocking fee

An 15 % restocking fee (calculated on the item’s pre-tax price) applies to all returns.

Ineligible returns

  • Custom-made orders
  • Returns requested after 21 days from purchase.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition and packaging.
  • Gift Cards
